Description: The project consists of an addition of assisted living and independent living patient facilities. Additional programs include a library, sun room, dining room, offices, and nursing. Interior design emphasized natural light and comfortable seating areas for small groups to congregate off the corridors. Exterior design emphasized the residential scale of adjoining properties and incorporates historic elements from the fine, single-family homes in the area while protecting the overall campus integrity.
