Description:Phased renovation of the existing facility designed by Arrasmith, Judd
Rapp in 1968. All project phases were adjacent to or involved with existing
occupied portions of the hospital. All hospital functions were to remain in
operation during all construction phases. Scope of work included temporary
relocation of departments during construction. Construction included a new
Outpatient Surgery and recovery, a new administration area, a new hospital
entry and image of arrival, expansion of the existing emergency department and
total renovation of the dining facilities.
Arrasmith, Judd,
Rapp, Chovan, Inc. developed the complete renovation plan and the
functional program as well as complete architectural and engineering services,
and group II equipment assistance.
